We offer 2 amazing programs that allow boys and girls ages 6-14 years old to try lacrosse with no equipment required!
FREE "TRY LAX" CLINIC
Come to our FREE 1 hour Try Lacrosse Event! For boys and girls ages 6-15 years old. All players can enroll in this program at NO charge! There is no equipment required for this program all players will borrow our sticks and take part in fun drills and games to try lacrosse before enrolling into one of our beginner/intro programs below!
This program allows you to experience what our Stick 'N Ball program is like before signing up! These take place 1 week before a new Stick 'N Ball session begins.
Our next Try Lax Clinic will be at Vetta Soccer Dome in Webster Groves on Saturday December 2nd - 12pm
STICK N BALL
Get started with Samurai in our beginner lacrosse program - Stick 'N Ball!
For boys and girls ages 6-15 years old. We split up the players based on ages into stations where they learn to play. There is no equipment required for this program and we include a brand new stick for your player to keep! This is truly the BEST way to try lacrosse before you take the next step of purchasing equipment and joining our teams!

Advance To The Next Step With Full Equipment
Beginner and Intermediate Programs That Prepare You For Our Outdoor Teams
After experiencing the joy of lacrosse with either our "Try Lax" or Stick N Ball programs. What's next? You graduate to a program with full equipment, this means full pads for boys (helmets, shoulder pads, arm pads, mouthguard and gloves) and girls (goggles and mouthguard).
We offer 2 programs (based on age) for players to graduate into programs with full equipment to before moving to our teams:
LITTLE SUMO'S
Start Playing Lacrosse and Receive FULL Equipment! (Boys and Girls 6-11 Years)
Samurai's is the ONLY Club in the area to provide players new to lacrosse with FULL EQUIPMENT to keep, Little Sumos is a comprehensive instructional experience with fun games! The Little Sumos Program helps break the barrier of entry for families that want to play lacrosse!
This program is 6 weeks of practice and game play. Each practice is customized to the group and helps them better prepare for game play.
THE ACADEMY
Continue Playing Lacrosse and Build Your Skills (Boys and Girls 10-15 Years)
Our Academy program (Full equipment required) is designed for boys and girls 10-15 years old. This program offers intermediate level training for players to advance their fundamental skills, understanding of the rules and decision-making skills. Players that graduate from our Academy are usually ready for our seasonal teams (either training or tournament teams).
