Girls Select and Recreational Training Programs
We have an exciting slate of winter programming for girls of all ages and experience levels!

In this program, we offer our most advanced training program for players in High School.
We also offer 3 training only High School groups that will train 1 hr 2X a week indoors at Vetta Manchester Monday and Thursday nights 6:30-10:00 time ranges. Monday nights will be dedicated to player development through competitive and challenging drills. Thursday nights will be dedicated to internal scrimmages in the new Olympic Sixes format featuring 30 second shot clocks.

Training Fees
- $465 High School Elite Training
- $425 High School Training 1 and 2 Groups
In this fun program, experienced players ages 11 to 14 years old will train once a week and take part in one competitive scrimmage a week.
Players should have experience and be committed to advancing your game. This program is hosted centrally at Vetta Manchester and managed by our amazing staff! The program cost are $425 for all players.
New players need to order purchase a practice jersey ($20)

This Program is "Open Enrollment" all players should have some playing experience (contact justincutter@samurailax.com with any questions)
In this fun program, experienced players ages 7 to 10 years old will play games 3v3 style in a tight space to learn how to dodge, pass, shoot and move quickly. This program is hosted centrally at Vetta Manchester and managed by our amazing staff! The cost of this program is only $195! Here are the details:
