Our Stick N Ball program is a continuation of our "Try Lacrosse" program that helps to keep things fun for new players that are not ready to buy $$$'s of dollars in equipment! We provide sticks to each player that participates in the program. Players enjoy beginner level drills and games in this program to learn all the FUNdamentals of lacrosse. This program is designed for ages 5-14 years old. Players are grouped into the appropriate ages (don't worry all your older kids- we know you want to be a bit more competitive) . This program is offered at multiple indoor Vetta locations and is offered year round.
GRADuate to full equipment!
So you have now experienced playing lacrosse either with our Try Lacrosse program or Stick N Ball programs. So what's next??? Now you get to graduate to a program with full equipment. This means full pads for boys (helmets, shoulder pads, arm pads, mouthguard and gloves) and girls (goggles and mouthguard). We offer TWO programs for players to graduate to before moving to our teams
LITTLE SUMO'S
Join our Little Sumo's program if you are 5-11 years old! What makes this program special?? We provide brand new equipment to your athlete and ensure all the proper sizing is completed. You don't have to worry about trying to find the right items to buy or if the equipment fits- we take care of all of that for you! In this program, your player will practice 1X a week and play in games 1X a week. They will learn about the game elements and get the opportunity to execute the lessons. Players that graduate from our Academy are usually ready for our seasonal teams (either training or tournament teams).
The ACADEMY
Our Academy program is designed for boys and girls 10-15 years old. This program offers intermediate level training for players to advance their fundamental skills, understanding of the rules and decision-making skills. Players that graduate from our Academy are usually ready for our seasonal teams (either training or tournament teams).
