Neely is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Former collegiate lacrosse player with four years of experience at Saint Leo University in Saint Leo, FL.
She has built a strong coaching background, serving as an assistant coach at Maryville University in 2019, coaching with True Lacrosse Pittsburgh Elite from 2015–2019, and most recently as the head coach at Incarnate Word from 2021–2024. Neely has been with St. Louis Samurai since 2019.
Off the field, Neely is a wife and proud mother to two daughters. She brings a passionate and disciplined approach to coaching, living by the philosophy: “It’s not the will to win that matters, everyone has that. It’s the will to prepare to win that matters,” from Paul “Bear” Bryant.
A dedicated sports fan, Neely cheers for the St. Louis Blues, Pittsburgh Penguins, and Pittsburgh Steelers.
